Research Interest:
Design and development of standard and innovative biological tools that contributed to the identification and characterization of allosteric modulators of GPCR and non-GPCR targets in inflammation and cancer immunotherapy.
Expertise fields: Cell-based assays development, molecular biology, pharmacology for receptors, cell line generation, orthosteric and allosteric compounds, small molecules.

Main technical expertise: Cell culture, Molecular biology (Tissue and cell RNA or DNA extraction, mouse genotyping, PCR and qPCR, cloning), Mouse muscle fiber preparation, AAVirus production, Recombinant protein expression in E. coli or SF9 cells, Protein purification, DNA, RNA and protein electrophoresis, Western blot, Microscale Thermophoresis, Enzymatic assay, immunocyto-histology.
